Kleem Dental Universe is a dental clinic in Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, built on complete transparency. Before any treatment we explain the whole process, with its pros and cons, and treatment begins only once you and your doctor have both signed a written consent. We want to be your family dental doctor: the clinic you trust for every check-up, every child’s first visit and every problem in between.

Dr. S Narasimha Sai Teja, a cosmetic dental surgeon with more than 10 years of experience, leads the clinic. He graduated from Government Dental College and Hospital, Kadapa, is certified in micro endodontics, trained under Dr. Jojo Kottoor in Kerala, and in soft tissue lasers in Hyderabad. He works alongside pedodontist Dr. Haseena Khan (MDS), who heads kids’ dental care, dental diet and laser care, and implantologist and periodontist Dr. N Anusha Reddy (MDS), who heads implants and gum care.

Every instrument is sterilised to a strict standard, the equipment is specialised for each procedure, and the waiting area is calm and comfortable. We keep our practice up to date with the latest dental research, and we teach good oral hygiene and a proper dental diet to every age, from kids to elders. The clinic is open seven days a week, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, on Usha Mullapudi Road, above Muthoot Finance.
